Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I bring my puppy in for grooming?
Dogs who will need regular grooming through their lives should get to know their groomer as soon as possible. Our groomers like to do "puppy visits" as early as 12 weeks. These appointments are not typically "full grooms" but more to get your puppy exposed to the sights and sounds of the process. Depending on your puppy, groomers might trim feet, face and offer a sanitary trim as needed.
What does "Kennel Free" mean?
Exactly how it sounds! We do not have any crates or kennels to keep your dog contained while they are here. They are in the care of your groomer the whole time they are in the shop. Each of our groomers have their own rooms to keep your dog feeling safe and secure while they are getting their hair cut. We also have a tub in the back that allows your pet to avoid the hustle and bustle of the Self Service area. This allows us to keep grooming appointments as stress free as possible.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Since our groomers only see one dog at a time, the deposit is to ensure our groomers are paid for their time even if there are no-shows. This deposit goes towards the cost of your groom and can credited back to you, or applied to your next appointment.
What Vaccines do you require?
To ensure the safety of your furry friend and our staff we require Rabies, Distemper and Parvo Vaccines to be up to date in accordance with your Veterinarian Reccomedations.
